This week the long anticipated game Will Wright's Spore has been released, but beware!, only for people of 12 years and older! With Spore you get your very own personal universe in a box. Create life and let it evolve, create tribes and civilisations, create worlds and explore a universe filled with creations other players have created. Spore gives players a wide collection of creation tools in which they can adapt almost every aspect of their universe: creatures, vehicles, buildings and even space ships.
"Because Spore's time span is millions of years, the size of the game is unheard of in the game world, it has been in development for a long time and the team of Maxis is exited to share the game with the rest of the world" - Will Wright, chief designer "We can't wait until we can see what amazing worlds our fans create while they tell their own stories with the game." The combination of gameplay, creators and an online community by pollinated content brings this huge idea of Will Wright to life. Now you can create and rule your very own universe, can you handle the power?

What is the best way for IE to gain market share back from Firefox? Porn. That's right.. when it comes to the internet, the answer is always porn. You know it, I know it, and apparently Microsoft knows it because the next version of Internet Explorer will get an actual porno button! With this button is activated it will not save any browser history, neither will cookies, usernames and passwords ever get found.. ever, again. The IE 8 Beta 2 release should be hitting any day now, so we shall see soon enough whether or not this feature made it into the build. But, the question is, would private browsing make IE more appealing to you, or is it a non-issue? I'm sure there is a plugin for this for firefox somewhere, and Safari also has this feature .. but i'm sure there are Kinky's and Monzters out there who are still useing IE and would very much take use of such a handy gizmo! IE8 is sceduled to be released before the end of this year.

What connects Chinese farmers, hideous gnomes and obsessive Europeans?
BBC reports that research by Manchester University shows that the practice, known as gold-farming, is growing rapidly. About 400.000 people are employed in developing countries like China earning virtual gold in online games to sell to players, these people only earn about €100 euros a month. This practice is illegal and against the rules of online gaming, and even though games companies have tried to crack down this practice, the report's authors say an industry which connects cash-rich time-poor players with those willing to work long hours for little reward is likely to go on growing.
