Even thought Call of Duty has been facing quite some negative publicity lately, with uptight Australia being "not amused" showing terrorism like it does in this game, and Infinity Ward no longer supporting the old server model (IWNET will replace punkbuster, browsing between servers is no longer an option). I'd still like to share the Modern Warfare 2 trailer because honestly, it does look pretty sweet!
In this game you witness the return of John "Soap" McTavish. Now as the leader of the international Task Force 141. The story continues the narrative after Modern Warfare. With the world facing dangerous political instability in Russia, a Russian terrorist group is trying to take the troubled country’s weapons stockpile. Makarov, the leader of that group, also happens to be an associate of Zakhaev, the man responsible for the first games’ nuclear attack.
The gameplay will be wide open and has a lot of variety, new stuff in this game include using ice picks to go over the mountains, along with snow mobile chases, and other cool shit. However, there is another downside to this game .. no co-op in this version.
